What information do we collect?

In order to purchase our services, it is necessary for you to disclose personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, credit card details and other personally identifying information. If you do not provide personal information when purchasing one of our services, we cannot confirm your purchase or fulfill your booking.

If you connect using Facebook, we may also collect information that you have chosen to make available in your Facebook privacy settings, including personal details such as your Facebook email address and Facebook username and any other information such as your profile picture and friend lists you have chosen to make available.

If you contribute to our website by writing reviews, uploading photos, we may store these contributions and use them for promotional purposes. Note that if you include personal information it can be used and viewed by others. We are not responsible for the information you choose to include.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information. The term "outside parties" does not include parties who assist us in conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your credit card details – when they are needed as part of the reservation process, are stored for a maximum of 10 days. After that, your credit card data will be permanently deleted from our system.

Unfortunately no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot give an absolute assurance that the information you provide will always be secure. We cannot be held responsible for events arising from unauthorized access to your personal information. We will rely on you telling us if you experience any unusual events that may indicate the security of your personal information has been breached. We will investigate whether the security breach was related to our data transmissions and let you know what steps can be/have been taken to rectify the problem. Action such as reporting incidents to the police or authorities may also be required.


The services offered by cannot be purchased by children under 18 years old. If we receive information from a child under 18 years old, we will delete or destroy it as soon as possible.

Emails you can expect to receive

If you subscribe to our Newsletter, we may from time to time send to you emails about our products, services and special promotions that we think you will be interested in. If you are no longer interested in receiving emails, you can opt out from this service.

Please note that, even if you opt­out, we will continue to send to you emails regarding your purchases and bookings, and regarding administrative information such as changes to our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
